Are you ready to party like it’s 1999? 😉 I know that’s old, we are in the year 2020 but shoutsout to the artist formerly known as Prince anyway for the song/quote!
This EP features the title track Tonight We Party with 3 different versions as well as the song to open up the album, Aloha! Aloha was written after my experience in Hawaii a few years ago for a destination wedding that I served as the best man. I wanted to capture the sound and what I was feeling at the time so with pre mediated vibes, I wrote Aloha as soon as I got back to Florida. The song opens up so beautifully singing, “I’m screaming Aloha!….” What a perfect way to start the album I thought! Other songs on the album include Love Sailing, Trap Sax and Good Vibes – all of which have professional music videos already released for your pleasure! Now, let’s talk about TONIGHT WE PARTY!
Tonight We Party was originally a single featuring Phillip Solomon Stewart (me) on sax!…and oh does it jam just like that – YES! I just had to classify it in the Pop genre because it will make you dance and you’ll never look at the saxophone strictly as a jazz instrument again! This version includes a funny and hype featured verse from the artist GCB as seen/heard on Trap Sax and Sexy Ladies from my Cruisin’ On The Job album. Then there’s the version with just the sax but the mixing engineer revamped the beat some to give it an even more pop feel! Lastly, the version that we will shoot a music video to, King P grabs the mic to let you know, “It’s a King P party, Good Vibes like never before!” Easy, unforgettable lyrics for you to recite and party on and on to! This record, this EP is so exciting, I look forward to hearing you bumping these tunes in your car, on social media and may God bless us to get airplay on the radio!
So while the world is on this coronavirus pandemic lockdown and DJs worldwide are entertaining us through social media playing all your favorite jams, make sure to request TONIGHT WE PARTY and let’s have a party around the world, dancing and uplifting our spirits; because as my recent single says, Everything’s Gonna Be Alright! Let’s Go…. Share! Share! Share!
